2. Placing an Order

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by AICONZ. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

2.2. Prices quoted are in GBP and include UK delivery unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Once you approve your design and make payment, your order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

2.4. For orders over £500, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping.

3. Design Approval

3.1. We provide free design mockups with no obligation to order.

3.2. You are responsible for checking all details on your approved design including colours, text, logos, and sizing.

3.3. Once you approve a design, we cannot accept liability for errors that were visible on the approved mockup.

3.4. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to designs for production purposes.

4. Production and Delivery

4.1. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks from design approval and payment.

4.2. Shipping to UK takes approximately 5-7 working days after production.

4.3. Total delivery time is typically 3-4 weeks but may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.4. Express production is available at an additional cost.

4.5. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Pricing

5.1. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the agreed price.

5.2. Quoted prices are based on the quantities specified. Changes to quantities may affect pricing.

5.3. Bulk discounts apply as per our pricing page.

6. Payment

6.1. We accept bank transfer (BACS), PayPal, and card payments.

6.2. Payment must be received in full before production begins (or 50% deposit for orders over £500).

6.3. Products remain our property until payment is received in full.

7. Quality Guarantee

7.1. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship.

7.2. If products are defective, we will replace them free of charge.

7.3. Claims for defects must be made within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7.4. Normal wear and tear, improper washing, or misuse are not covered.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1. Custom products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

8.2. Sizing issues are not grounds for refund if the product matches the approved specifications.

8.3. We recommend ordering samples to check fit before placing bulk orders.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted to us.

9.2. We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from your provided designs.

9.3. Design work created by AICONZ remains our property until full payment is received.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.

10.2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10.3. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any disputes should first be raised with us directly at info@aiconz.co.uk.

11.2. These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes to Terms
